Studies of Education for Modern Dance, Chladek Technique, choreography and improvisation at the conservatory of the city of Vienna. Further education in France and New York into Release Technique, Contact improvisation and Feldenkrais ®.

My yoga studies are rooted in the yoga of T. Krishnamacharyas's teachings and the three mainstreams Ashtanga Yoga, Iyengar Yoga and the Yoga of T.K.V. Desikachar.
Jivamukti Center on 2nd Avenue NYC under the guidance of David Life and Sharon Gannon (Vinyasa) and Alison West in Chinatown (Iyengar, Yoga Union) represent my main yogatraining centers. In my three journeys to India I was allowed to study also in Mysore with Sri K. Pattabhi Jois Ashtanga Yoga. Further inspiration sources: Richard Freeman
